After careful consideration, Opulence Stoves will no longer be offering chimney sweeping or stove servicing as part of our business moving forward.

In November 2024, we informed our valued customers that our service engineer had left the business. Since then, we’ve worked diligently to recruit and train a replacement, with the aim of resuming services in May 2025. While we were initially optimistic—having welcomed a new team member to take on the role—unfortunately, they have since decided not to pursue the position.

With this unexpected change and the peak sweeping season upon us, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to permanently withdraw these services.

Please rest assured that our commitment to quality and customer care remains unchanged. We will continue to honour all existing 5-year labour warranties on our workmanship. To ensure your warranty remains valid, your stove and flue must still be swept annually by a registered professional, and you must retain a certificate of sweeping.

If you have already made a payment for sweeping or servicing that has not been fulfilled, please contact us at servicing@opulencestoves.co.uk, and we will arrange a full refund as soon as possible. You will also receive a separate email confirming the cancellation of your subscription with our direct debit provider.
