Annual Sweep
Most stove manufacturers require your stove to be annually serviced to comply with your stove warranties terms and conditions.
Your stoves warranty does not include internal parts such as firebricks, rope and glass. These components fall under general wear and tear but are an essential part to ensuring the efficient operation of your stove.
During your annual sweep it is our job to make you aware of any components that may need replacing, we can then provide you with a price for these components and once ordered you can collect and fit these at your own leisure. Alternatively, if you make us aware of what components need replacing before our visit, we could bring them to your home and fit them for you.
Annual Servicing
Additional jobs will also take place where appropriate, such as replacing the fire cement in the collar of your stove where it has come loose or fallen out and resealing the hearth.
Your stove may not require an annual service every year, but it is essential it is swept a minimum of once a year and in some cases twice a year depending on its level usage.

Unlike most other sweeping companies, we can also recondition your stove with aerosol paint or by using a specialist cleaning fluid that will help bring your stove back to life. After all your stove is not only designed for heat but it also forms part of the furniture during both the winter and summer months. Make it look the best you can and enjoy your wood burner throughout the year.
