While your EGG comes with a Stainless Steel Grid as standard, the cast iron cooking surfaces included in each pack with allow you to sear ingredients to more of a restaurant level.
The Cast Iron Grid Lifter allows you to safely add or remove cooking surfaces, while the Ash Tool is essential for cleaning out your EGG so that you can be ready to cook again.
