Where we install stoves
Opulence Stoves is based in Bury St Edmunds and installs wood burning, multi-fuel and gas stoves, range cookers and complete flue systems across a focused patch of East Anglia. Our core coverage spans Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and selected areas of Norfolk and Peterborough — broadly within a 40-mile radius of our showroom.
Because every installation is carried out by our own HETAS-registered engineers rather than subcontracted fitters, we deliberately keep our coverage area tight. That means we can be there not just on installation day, but for years afterwards — for annual servicing, genuine replacement parts and support.
Areas we cover
- Suffolk — including Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Newmarket, Sudbury, Haverhill and surrounding villages.
- Cambridgeshire — including Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket fringe and the surrounding countryside.
- Norfolk — selected areas in the south and west of the county.
- Peterborough — selected areas within reach of our engineers.

Why we limit our coverage area
We could travel further for a one-off sale, but we would not be able to look after you afterwards. By keeping our patch focused we can offer a genuinely complete service — survey, supply, installation, building control certification, and ongoing servicing and parts — to every customer we install for. Our aim is a long-term relationship, not a single transaction. If you prefer to use a local sweep or fuel supplier for the ongoing side, that is completely fine.
