Step 1.
Book a free home appointment with one of our highly trained surveyors or visit our showroom
Get in touch and choose an appointment for a time and date that suits you. Our surveyors will come and do an assessment of your home and talk you through your options. If you are in the process of planning or building a new home and would like our expert advice you have all lines of communication open to you.
Step 2.
Install your wood burning stove
Our expert engineer will arrive on the date you’ve chosen. When they’re done, they’ll show you how to use your wood burning stove or you can arrange for the original site surveyor to return to your property at a later date to do a free lighting demonstration. They’ll make sure they leave your home neat and tidy before they go and will even take your old stove away if you want them to.
Step 3.
We give you peace of mind
When your wood burning stove is installed, it comes with its individual manufacturers stove and flue warranty and we will provide you with a 5 year labour warranty as standard so your home stays warm and stove working efficiently.
