The Heta Scanline 8 has been tested and is approved as a DEFRA approved appliance for use in smoke control areas when used with wood fuels. Although not tested with smokeless fuels, Heta have confirmed that the stove is suitable for use with smokeless coal for occasional use when installed out with a smoke control area. Proof of the manufacturer’s approval for use with smokeless fuels is available upon request.
